My bottle is partially empty, is that normal?

With our powder products, after filling it is perfectly normal for the powder to settle at about half of the bottle. The bottle should still contain the full quantity of servings. But if the servings don’t add up to the amount shown on the bottle then please reach out to us so that we can get you taken care of.
